George was born 1872. He was a Timberman. He, like his father before him worked in the logging industry in the Webster County area. He died in 1952. George married Essie Sandy December 25, 1894. She was born in 1876 and died 1953. They are buried at Sand Run Baptist Church at Bolair,WV. They have 6 children . Howard born May 13, 1911, Roma , Arlie , Della , Coy , and William Samuel .
